How do we handle refunds and returns?
Printify, our shipping and fulfillment partner is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please email us with a clear photo showing the issue along with your order number. (Please Note that your order number can be found in your email when you purchased your item)
